Buses
The Malpensa Shuttle leaves for Milan's Central station every 20 minutes. Takes an hour, fare 5 Euros. Runs 6.20am to midnight.
Trains
Trains run every 30 minutes from Terminal 1 to Milano Cardona Station; a ticket costs 5 Euros, and the journey takes 50 minutes. Malpensa Express fare is 9 Euros.
Taxis
Taxis are available day and night. Taxi into central Milan takes about an hour, costs 70 Euros. Private car transfers to the city centre or other area destinations (not cheap, but may make sense if you have several people, need help, or have lots of luggage) may be pre-booked online at: Airport Transfer Service, Shuttle Direct, World Airport Transfers
