There are six (No. 99) shuttle buses a day between the airport and the main station which take about 15 minutes each. With the extension of tram No. 4 ("AirCombino") to the suburb of Bindersleben and a new tram station in front of the airport since June 21, 2005, you can now get downtown via Domplatz every 20 minutes in about the same time each.
